Shipping Terms and Conditions
When Will My Order Ship?
- Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to process before shipping. Our team strives to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and your estimated delivery date will be based on the selected shipping method and carrier processing times.
- During holidays, promotions, or limited edition launches, processing times may be extended due to high demand.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery timelines provided during checkout reflect carrier business days and begin once the shipment is scanned by the carrier.
Order Accuracy
- InspirePlay is not responsible for delays or replacement items if incorrect address details are provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
- Any costs associated with re-shipping due to errors in the provided shipping address will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Expedited Shipping
- Selecting expedited shipping does not accelerate order processing times. It applies only to the shipping speed once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Items shipped internationally are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund and Return Policy
What Items Are Returnable?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for items that meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in resellable condition.
- In the original packaging with tags intact.
What Items Are Non-Refundable?
- The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards.
- Discounted or final sale items.
- Items shipped internationally.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at proshop@inspireplay.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Options
- Refunds are available in the following formats:
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Store credit for future purchases (if applicable).
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return Items
- To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@inspireplay.com for instructions. A prepaid return label may be provided at our discretion; otherwise, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Processing Time for Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
Price Adjustments
- Items purchased before a sale or promotion are not eligible for price adjustments or refunds for the price difference.
