Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item. InspirePlay may cover return shipping costs for eligible cases.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
- Event Tickets Refunds

- Event tickets are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
- The event is canceled by InspirePlay.
- The event is rescheduled, and the new date is unsuitable for the ticket holder.
- Transfer of Tickets:

- Cancellation by Ticket Holder:
- If you are unable to attend the event, InspirePlay does not provide refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person as per the policy above.
- Pay-Per-View Purchases
- Refunds Policy:
- Refunds for pay-per-view content are only available if:
- There are technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
